Danobat

Danobat is a co-operative company developing and providing machine tools, turnkey lines and solutions for specific applications, targeting high-tech sectors and customers with exigent technical requirements.

CHALLENGE

The main challenge for Danobat was clear: to build new digital products and services for their machines, and increase added value to their customers.



To face such a challenge, they needed new ways to collect the massive volume of data generated by their machines, in order to, after transforming said data into useful information, be able to augment customer added value. It was then that they contacted us, and experienced first-hand one of the most innovative and efficient solutions for machine tool data management in market.

The first step in facing the challenge was massive data collection, dilligently carried out by the "Savvy SmartBox" device.

Se trata de un sistema que permite captar una gran cantidad de datos, para conocer así todo lo que está sucediendo en las máquinas de manera rápida y sencilla.

En base a esos datos hemos desarrollado distintas soluciones digitales para los clientes de Danobat:

  • Datos de producción para que el cliente sea consciente de lo que ocurre en su planta o máquina y pueda tomar medidas de mejora: OEE, datos de fabricación, datos de disponibilidad de la máquina, alarmas, etc.
  • Mantenimiento predictivo: se predice cual es el estado de los elementos críticos de máquina para identificar diferentes problemáticas.
  • Mejora de los procesos mediante la identificación de parámetros que varían fuera de los estándares en el proceso de producción de las piezas del cliente.
