Soraluce is a co-operative enterprise, integrated into DanobatGroup, with more than 60 years of experience, international focus & present in over 40 countries. They specialize in creation of milling, boring, turning & all-purpose solutions for the machine tool sector.

Soraluce needed to evolve their digital products & services portfolio.
Their main goal was to obtain benefits for their customers. For this purpose, it became necessary to maximize machine performance, so that productivity was boosted and operating costs kept down.
SOLUTION
Leveraging Savvy's digital platform, we created "Soraluce Software Factory", allowing us to develop software solutions, advanced technnologies and digital products.
With this, we have managed to generate and develop many digital services, from which we highlight the following:
- Reportya: a system that gathers and stores information on performance indicators, machine and component condition data, alarms, process working progress, etc. for later analysis.
- FactoryConnect:the "Savvy SmartBox" integrated device guarantess proper management of collected data in secure fashion, making it available for external tools & systems such as MES, ERP or other production assets.
- Autocheck: Soraluce's auto-diagnosis compares current status of machine critical components vs. reference Fingerprint parameters
- Emaintenance: automation and digitization of maintenance processes.
- OEEMonitor:calculation of availability, performance and quality parameters, factoring in machinery and other external parameters.
- JobManager:management of part traceability, CNC part programs, tools and incidents.
RESULTS
Soraluce can now anticipate better, minimizing stops and maintenance costs, as well as reducing cycle times on their customers' production processes, lowering energy consumption and emissions at the same time.
